We are searching for an accomplished Senior Solution Architect with deep practical expertise in MS Dynamics 365 to join our team
You will help shape technology initiatives and guide clients through their digital transformation journeys. This position allows you to work on cutting-edge projects with colleagues from around the world.
Responsibilities
- Direct the development and deployment of enterprise-level solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure
- Plan and implement integrations with Azure and other cloud environments, ensuring alignment with organizational architecture standards
- Partner with cross-disciplinary teams in agile environments to deliver robust software products
- Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into comprehensive architecture plans and technical documentation
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to technical teams
- Ensure all solutions meet industry compliance and best practice requirements, with a focus on Financial Services
- Identify and recommend third-party applications and tools to enhance system performance and user experience
- Contribute to the ongoing advancement of platform strategy, drive innovation, and maintain stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with the global EPAM architect community to share expertise and learn from peers
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture or related fields
- A minimum of 5 years in senior roles such as Lead, Manager, or Architect within Agile or hybrid project settings
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams of 40 or more people
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Skilled in creating architecture diagrams and technical documents (SAD, HLL, LLD, C4, BPMN, UML, etc)
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially Sales and Customer Service modules, and Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Strong background in Azure, focusing on AI, automation, and integration
- Experience with implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices at scale
- Solid grasp of agile methodologies and frameworks
- Direct experience in the Financial Services industry, including knowledge of regulatory and operational standards
- Outstanding analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders and lead teams to successful outcomes
- Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written

- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, or related technologies
