We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Solution Architect with extensive hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 to join our organization
In this role, you will drive technology innovation and support clients in their digital transformation efforts. You’ll collaborate on impactful projects with a global team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the architecture and rollout of large-scale solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure
- Design and execute integration strategies with Azure and other cloud platforms, ensuring consistency with enterprise architecture principles
- Work with multidisciplinary teams in agile settings to deliver reliable software solutions
- Evaluate complex business requirements and convert them into detailed architecture documentation and technical diagrams
- Offer technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Guarantee solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory guidelines, especially within Financial Services
- Research and propose third-party products and tools to optimize system functionality and user experience
- Play a role in shaping platform strategy, fostering innovation, and engaging stakeholders
- Connect with the global EPAM architect community to exchange knowledge and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in solution architecture or related areas
- At least 5 years in senior positions such as Lead, Manager, or Architect in Agile or hybrid environments
- Demonstrated success in managing and leading teams of 40 or more members
- Strong communication and advisory abilities
- Proficient in developing architecture diagrams and technical documentation (SAD, HLL, LLD, C4, BPMN, UML, etc)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly Sales and Customer Service modules, and Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Deep expertise in Azure, with emphasis on AI, automation, and integration
- Experience in deploying CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies at scale
- Thorough understanding of agile frameworks and practices
- Hands-on experience in the Financial Services sector, with familiarity with compliance and operational requirements
- Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and guide teams to successful project delivery
- High proficiency in English, both spoken and written
