Senior Solution Architect (MS Dynamics 365)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in MS Dynamics 365 to join our team.

You will play a key role in shaping technology strategies and driving digital transformation for our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects within a collaborative and global environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure
  • Architect integrations with Azure and other cloud services, ensuring alignment with company architecture standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into solution architecture design documents and technical diagrams
  • Provide strategic technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
  • Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and best practices, particularly within the Financial Services sector
  • Evaluate and recommend third-party systems and solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience
  • Contribute to long-term platform strategy, innovation initiatives, and stakeholder engagement
  • Participate in the global EPAM solution architect community, sharing knowledge and expertise
Requirements
  • Over 10 years of experience in solution architecture or related fields
  • At least 5 years in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, or Architect within Agile or hybrid environments
  • Proven track record managing teams of 40 or more members
  • Excellent communication and consultancy skills
  • Experience creating diagramming and software architecture documents (SAD, HLL, LLD, C4, BPMN, UML, etc)
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, especially Sales and Customer Service, and Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
  • Strong proficiency in Azure services, particularly in AI, automation, and integration
  • Experience implementing CI/CD practices and DevOps tools at scale
  • Advanced understanding of agile methodology and frameworks
  • Experience in the Financial Services domain, with knowledge of regulatory and operational requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and guide teams toward successful solution delivery
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills in English
