We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with extensive experience in MS Dynamics 365 to become part of our organization.
In this role, you will drive technological progress and guide clients through their digital transformation. You’ll collaborate with a global team on high-impact projects.
Responsibilities
- Direct the creation and implementation of enterprise-level solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure
- Design and manage integration processes with Azure and other cloud platforms, ensuring they fit within company architecture frameworks
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams in agile settings to deliver reliable software systems
- Analyze complex business requirements and convert them into detailed architectural plans and technical documentation
- Offer technical support and mentorship to development teams
- Make sure solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, especially in Financial Services
- Evaluate and suggest third-party platforms and tools to improve system performance and user satisfaction
- Help shape platform strategy, promote innovation, and engage stakeholders
- Take part in the global EPAM architect community to exchange knowledge and best practices
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in solution architecture or related fields
- Minimum 5 years in senior roles such as Lead, Manager, or Architect in Agile or hybrid environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams of 40 or more people
- Strong communication and advisory skills
- Proficient in producing architecture diagrams and technical documentation (SAD, HLL, LLD, C4, BPMN, UML, etc)
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially Sales and Customer Service modules, and Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Advanced skills in Azure, with a focus on AI, automation, and integration
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices at scale
- Thorough understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies
- Hands-on experience in the Financial Services sector, with awareness of compliance and operational standards
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
- Capable of working with stakeholders and leading teams to successful project outcomes
- High proficiency in spoken and written English

- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, or related areas
