We are looking for a seasoned Senior Solution Architect with substantial hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 to become part of our organization.
In this role, you will influence technology direction and support clients in their digital evolution. You’ll engage in forward-thinking assignments alongside a diverse, international team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and rollout of large-scale solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure
- Design integration approaches with Azure and additional cloud platforms, maintaining consistency with enterprise architecture guidelines
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams in agile settings to ensure successful software delivery
- Interpret intricate business needs and convert them into architectural blueprints and technical documentation
- Offer technical direction and coaching to engineering teams
- Maintain adherence to industry regulations and best practices, especially in the Financial Services industry
- Assess and suggest external products and tools to improve platform capabilities and user satisfaction
- Support the evolution of platform strategy, foster innovation, and engage with stakeholders
- Engage with the global EPAM architect network to exchange insights and best practices
Requirements
- More than 10 years of professional background in solution architecture or similar disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years in senior positions such as Lead, Manager, or Architect within Agile or blended project environments
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of 40+ professionals
- Strong skills in communication and advisory capacities
- Proficiency in producing architecture diagrams and technical documentation (SAD, HLL, LLD, C4, BPMN, UML, etc)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly Sales and Customer Service modules, and Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Advanced expertise in Azure, with a focus on AI, automation, and system integration
- Background in deploying CI/CD pipelines and DevOps solutions at an enterprise level
- Thorough understanding of agile principles and frameworks
- Hands-on experience in the Financial Services sector, with awareness of compliance and operational standards
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
- Capable of collaborating with stakeholders and steering teams toward project success
- High-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written
