We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester to join our remote team and help us deliver high-quality software solutions. As a Senior Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests using JavaScript and other tools. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated tests using JavaScript and other tools
Collaborate with our development team to understand software requirements and ensure that our software meets the highest quality standards
Create and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring that they are reliable and maintainable
Identify and report software defects, working closely with the development team to address them
Contribute to the development of our automation testing strategy and processes, ensuring that they are effective and efficient
Participate in code reviews and other quality assurance activities, ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer and in JavaScript development, showcasing your proficiency in this language and demonstrating your expertise in test methodologies and software release cycles
Experience testing in a microservice environment, highlighting your understanding of this architecture
Practical experience with Cypress and Protractor, enabling you to create automated tests effectively
Theoretical knowledge in e2e contract-based user testing, demonstrating your understanding of this testing type
Experience with version control tools such as Git, showcasing your ability to work collaboratively
Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services, enabling you to deploy and test applications in this environment
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication
