Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex data software solutions using cutting-edge technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration processes
- Optimize and fine-tune data pipelines to ensure enhanced performance and scalability
- Identify and troubleshoot data issues promptly to uphold data integrity
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data software engineering, demonstrating your proficiency in designing and developing complex data software solutions
- Expertise in Snowflake, Amazon Web Services, Python
- Proficiency in REST API, SQL, Apache Hadoop, Apache Kafka, and Apache Spark
- Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
- Experience with data modeling and schema design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with machine learning and data science concepts and methodologies
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
