Senior Shopify Plus Technical Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and highly qualified Senior Shopify Plus Technical Specialist with a strong background in consulting. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Shopify Plus platform and the ability to offer strategic guidance to clients. This role combines technical expertise with client consulting and requires a deep understanding of Shopify Plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee the technical aspects of Shopify Plus projects, including system architecture, custom development, integrations, and performance improvements
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, provide strategic advice, and create custom e-commerce solutions using Shopify Plus
Work with cross-functional teams to design scalable, high-quality Shopify Plus solutions that align with client goals and industry standards
Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a productive and collaborative team environment
Act as the main technical advisor for clients, providing workshops, training, and ongoing support to help them effectively use Shopify Plus

Requirements

10+ years of in-depth experience with Shopify Plus, including Liquid programming, custom app development, and API integrations
Strong consulting experience with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering strategic solutions
Thorough understanding of e-commerce best practices, such as SEO, UX/UI, performance optimization, and multi-channel integration
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and address client needs with Shopify Plus solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
