Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our client's team as an independent contributor.
The ideal candidate will maintain and optimize the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily administration of the ServiceNow platform, managing user access, roles, and permissions
- Configure and maintain forms, workflows, and business rules
- Monitor system performance and execute regular maintenance tasks
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and support the rollout of new applications and modules
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items and associated workflows
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
- Develop and manage automation scripts to enhance process efficiency
- Provide technical support for ServiceNow-related issues and inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the ServiceNow platform
- Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and implement corrective actions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
- Stay informed about ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending and implementing upgrades as appropriate
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and Service Catalog
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs
- Familiar with ITIL framework and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices
- Proven capability to work directly with the client without supervision
- Demonstrated ability to manage workloads, resolve roadblocks, and meet deadlines effectively
- Ready to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Displays strong initiative, ownership, and enthusiasm for optimization
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Nice to have
- Certifications related to ServiceNow or ITIL are desirable but not mandatory
