We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and upkeep of essential ServiceNow modules that support ITAM, APM, CMDB, and ITSM functions.

Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow modules covering ITAM, APM, CMDB, and ITSM domains
- Build and sustain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations leveraging Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Ensure technical implementations fulfill business requirements, scalability criteria, and security/compliance standards
- Develop and maintain a precise and comprehensive CMDB ensuring reliable CI relationships and dependencies
- Implement discovery, data normalization, and reconciliation workflows
- Configure and oversee ITAM processes to maximize asset utilization, compliance, and lifecycle insight
- Implement APM solutions to align applications with business capabilities and manage technology lifecycles
- Support and refine ITSM processes to boost operational efficiency and user satisfaction
- Deploy automation and self-service features to reduce manual efforts
- Integrate ITSM with ITAM, APM, and CMDB datasets for holistic visibility
- Maintain updated ServiceNow technical documentation including designs, standards, and SOPs
- Contribute to platform roadmap development, upgrade planning, and release management
- Identify and advocate for innovation, automation, and performance enhancements
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and administrators
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of practical ServiceNow development and administration experience
- Demonstrated expertise in at least three areas among ITAM, APM, CMDB, ITSM
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data modeling, and scripting with JavaScript and Glide API
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and API integrations including REST and SOAP
- Familiarity with ITIL and IT Asset/Service Management best practices
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
- Capability to work independently and lead technical initiatives
- Commitment to platform governance, data quality, and continuous enhancement
- Team-focused approach emphasizing collaboration and knowledge sharing
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential
- Implementation Specialist certifications such as CIS – ITAM, CIS – APM, CIS – CMDB, CIS – ITSM
- Experience with ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Understanding of data modeling, CMDB governance frameworks, and business capability mapping
