Responsibilities
  • Fix bugs and resolve issues within ServiceNow modules
  • Implement and maintain Workspaces functionality for clients
  • Develop and enhance applications using ServiceNow app engine
  • Support and improve ServiceNow CMDB, HAM, and SAM modules
  • Create and update dashboards to meet client requirements
  • Manage and prioritize a backlog of over 100 enhancement requests
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions
  • Test and validate ServiceNow functionality before deployment
  • Document technical specifications and changes
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers
Requirements
  • Experience in ServiceNow development with 3+ years in ITSM products
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and related modules
  • Experience with Workspaces implementation in ServiceNow
  • Proven ability to handle bug fixing and enhancement backlog
  • Good understanding of HAM, SAM, and dashboard creation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • English proficiency at B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Certification in ServiceNow Development
  • Experience with app engine advanced features
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Experience with scripting and automation in ServiceNow
