Responsibilities
- Fix bugs and resolve issues within ServiceNow modules
- Implement and maintain Workspaces functionality for clients
- Develop and enhance applications using ServiceNow app engine
- Support and improve ServiceNow CMDB, HAM, and SAM modules
- Create and update dashboards to meet client requirements
- Manage and prioritize a backlog of over 100 enhancement requests
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions
- Test and validate ServiceNow functionality before deployment
- Document technical specifications and changes
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers
Requirements
- Experience in ServiceNow development with 3+ years in ITSM products
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and related modules
- Experience with Workspaces implementation in ServiceNow
- Proven ability to handle bug fixing and enhancement backlog
- Good understanding of HAM, SAM, and dashboard creation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- English proficiency at B2+ level
Nice to have
- Certification in ServiceNow Development
- Experience with app engine advanced features
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience with scripting and automation in ServiceNow
