Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of ITSM processes. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the implementation of requirements according to specifications, ensuring that ITSM processes are implemented effectively. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, using your extensive knowledge of development processes and frameworks to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom applications based on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that they meet all specified requirements
  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that the ITSM processes are implemented effectively
  • Use your extensive knowledge of development processes and frameworks to drive innovation and continuous improvement in development practices and technologies
  • Demonstrate proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, using them to customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific needs
  • Ensure that all development work complies with best practices, adhering to software engineering principles
  • Collaborate with Agile teams, understanding one's role and effectively following established development processes
  • Play an active role in the Agile (SCRUM) team, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Effectively communicate with the team and stakeholders, explaining technical concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, tackling complex technical challenges and providing optimal solutions
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with experience in designing and developing complex ITSM solutions
  • Proficient in APIs and Integration, with a deep understanding of how to integrate ServiceNow with other systems
  • Experience in scripting languages like JavaScript, enabling efficient customization of ServiceNow applications
  • Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodologies, with experience working in Agile teams
  • Experience working with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, HP, and Atlassian, with a deep understanding of their benefits and drawbacks
  • Ability to perform work effectively and in due time, working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proactive position: asking questions, proposing solutions, and driving innovation
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills (B2 level), enabling effective communication with the team and stakeholders

  • Familiarity with Web development technologies, enabling efficient development and integration of frontend applications
