Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and optimization of scalable, high-throughput applications
- Lead project discovery, design, and implementation phases effectively
- Document technical processes and ensure clarity in project deliverables
- Collaborate with distributed team members using Agile methodologies
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Solve complex technical challenges and ensure high performance of developed systems
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers
- Ensure code quality and reliability through rigorous testing and peer reviews
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Scala development with a focus on building scalable applications
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing high-throughput systems
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and distributed team collaboration
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills for cross-team interaction
- Competency in creating well-structured technical documentation

- Familiarity with JavaScript, PHP, and gRPC technologies
