We are currently seeking a Senior SAP Logistics SCM Consultant to join our remote team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the recently deployed S4/HANA system across diverse Business Units. Your expertise in Supply Chain Management will be key in implementing innovative business processes and providing ongoing operational support. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams is vital to facilitate the system rollout and define requirements and applications aligned with business processes and application needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee process and functional design activities for the implementation of the S4/HANA system
- Contribute to the definition of requirements and the design of applications to meet business process and application needs
- Generate functional requirements as input for application design
- Create and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
- Lead test planning and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to back the roll-out of the S4/HANA system
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Logistics, demonstrating a profound understanding of Supply Chain Management
- Proven track record in functional consulting with involvement in at least 2 system implementations
- Hands-on experience in implementing the S4/HANA system
- Solid background in finance and accounting processes
- Expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution, SAP Materials Management, and SAP Master Data Management
- Proficient in developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
- Experience in leading test planning and execution
- Familiarity with SAP CAR modules projects
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
