Senior SAP HCM Developer

We are seeking an experienced remote Senior SAP HCM Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in SAP HCM development, configuration, and support, with a strong focus on MD/OM (Organizational Management).
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement SAP HCM MD/OM solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems
- Collaborate with business analysts, HR partners, and other stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements for the SAP HCM MD/OM module
- Provide technical expertise in SAP HCM MD/OM, including enhancement, configuration, customization, and support of existing functionality
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including functional specifications, technical design documents, test scripts, and user manuals
- Participate in project planning, estimating efforts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP HCM development, configuration, and support, with a strong focus on MD/OM (Organizational Management)
- Solid knowledge of ABAP programming, including debugging, performance tuning, and SAP script/SmartForms
- Experience in integrating SAP HCM MD/OM with other SAP modules (e.g., PA, PY, TM) and third-party systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or other HCM cloud solutions is a plus
- SAP HCM certification is highly desirable
