Senior SAP HCM Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our team and contribute to our ongoing projects and operational support. This role requires an individual with deep expertise in SAP HCM modules, specifically in time management, payroll, and interface technologies. The ideal candidate will proficiently handle both implementation and support tasks while ensuring compliance with legal standards such as GDPR.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support in the local language for payroll processing, including follow-up activities
  • Offer ad-hoc support for critical errors
  • Manage ongoing operations, including LCP implementations, year-end activities, and notifications
  • Handle change requests in organizational management and personnel administration
  • Serve as a project team member for Employee Central localization projects
  • Implement, change, and support operations in SAP time management analyzing country-specific regulations
  • Provide ILM support in English
  • Implement and support legal data protection compliance, including GDPR
  • Assist with migrations to S4 HANA
  • Develop new reports and maintain/extend existing reports using ABAP OO
  • Develop, support, and manage customer UIS applications in ESS, MSS, and PEP, including UX consulting
  • Support and further develop the interface regarding troubleshooting
Requirements
  • Proficiency in SAP time management and payroll with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Qualifications in Master data and familiarity with UI5 and ABAP OO
  • Capability to manage interfaces, including IDocs, HR PDC, and other APIs
  • Background in handling S4 HANA interfaces
  • Understanding of legal data protection requirements such as GDPR
  • Skills in developing and supporting customer UIS applications in various areas including ESS, MSS, and PEP
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and further developing interfaces
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level and fluency in Portuguese
