We are seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant who possesses a strong understanding of SAP HCM and exceptional skills in Business Analysis. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to clarify customer needs, ensure seamless project delivery, and drive optimal stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and clarify the customer’s business requirements
- Collaborate closely with UX and Solution Architects to align on key deliverables
- Deliver detailed project backlog, including comprehensive functional specifications
- Define and document detailed project acceptance criteria
- Provide ongoing project support and actively participate in testing activities
- Manage communication and alignment with key project stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and ensure stakeholder requirements are accurately captured
- Ensure timely resolution of project challenges and critical tasks
- Promote best practices in SAP HCM implementations and custom solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SAP HCM and related Business Analysis
- Background in project stakeholder management, customer engagement, and communication strategies
- Capability to deliver functional specifications and acceptance criteria documentation
- Proficiency in working with UX and solution architects within SAP environments
- Understanding of end-to-end implementation, testing, and support methodologies
- Familiarity with SAP project lifecycle management and troubleshooting techniques
- English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication
