We are seeking a Senior SAP FSM Functional Consultant to enhance our field service management processes.

As a Senior SAP FSM Functional Consultant, you will configure and customize SAP FSM modules to streamline field service operations. You will gather and analyze business requirements, map workflows, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations. Responsibilities

Configure and customize SAP FSM modules to support field service processes
Gather and analyze business requirements from service operations teams
Map client workflows to standard SAP FSM functionalities (planning, scheduling, dispatching)
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate FSM with backend systems (e.g., ERP, C4C/CRM)
Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing for FSM solutions
Provide functional guidance during deployment and post-go-live support phases
Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions

Requirements

3+ years of experience with SAP FSM
Knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud (Hybris Cloud For Customer)
Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
Capability to conduct system testing and user acceptance testing
Understanding of field service processes
Excellent communication skills in English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2

Nice to have

Background in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence
Proficiency in SAP CPI: Development
