Responsibilities
- Create user interfaces with SAP UI5
- Connect SAP UI5 and Fiori applications to SAP front-end systems
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and convert them into technical designs
- Conduct unit tests, debug issues, and fix errors in UI5 and Fiori apps
- Guarantee applications are responsive and function well across various browsers
- Document developed solutions thoroughly and offer user support and training when required
- Keep updated on the newest trends, tools, and best practices in SAP UI5 and Fiori development
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 3 years working with SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery
- Strong background in implementing REST APIs for application integration
- Good grasp of Domain-Driven Design concepts
- Solid understanding of modern software engineering methods including coding standards, code reviews, version control, build processes, testing, and release management
- Experience with agile practices like test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
- Excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively in an international team

- Knowledge of SAP HANA and how it integrates with SAP UI5/Fiori applications
