We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior SAP Consultant (SRM) to join our team.
As part of a global initiative to modernize and transition the SAP landscape, this role focuses on the SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) in Sourcing stream. You will act as a key expert, driving knowledge transfer, process optimization, and delivering innovative solutions to align SAP SRM processes with evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in detailed knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes, configurations, and custom code within the SAP SRM in Sourcing stream
- Conduct practical exercises in lower environments to validate and strengthen acquired knowledge
- Review and update support documentation, including SOPs and runbooks, to ensure accuracy and usability
- Manage escalations and resolve complex incidents related to the SAP SRM in Sourcing stream
- Facilitate shadowing and reverse shadowing activities to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities during the knowledge transfer phase
- Provide ongoing support for SAP SRM in Sourcing processes to maintain operational stability and effectiveness
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize and innovate SAP SRM in Sourcing workflows in alignment with business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting or related roles
- Expertise in SAP Supplier Relationship Management, including its configurations and functionalities
- Strong understanding of sourcing processes and their integration within SAP SRM
- Capable of analyzing and resolving complex system issues with advanced problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to dynamic business requirements and evolving project needs
- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP-SRM: Strategic Sourcing and its application in procurement workflows
- Familiarity with large-scale SAP transformation or modernization projects
- Certifications in SAP SRM-related modules or sourcing solutions
