Responsibilities
- Design and build features in core FSM areas such as Planning & Dispatching, Reports, Master Data, and Business Rules
- Collaborate in planning and requirement discussions to clarify technical details and support root cause analyses
- Develop and extend FSM functionality on SAP Business Technology Platform using CAP (Node.js or Java), custom OData services, Shell UI applications, Event Mesh, and Webhooks
- Create user-friendly front-end features in SAPUI5 embedded in FSM Web UI or BTP Launchpad, including views, controllers, routing logic, custom controls, and OData bindings
- Enhance FSM Mobile App with offline synchronization, device capabilities integration, customized reports, and workflow improvements
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth and efficient solution delivery
- Maintain high-quality documentation for developed solutions
Requirements
- Experience of 3+ years in SAP CAP development using Node.js or Java
- Strong knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP CRM
- Proven experience with SAPUI5 development for web and mobile applications
- Hands-on experience in SAP Field Service Management or similar service management solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
Nice to have
- Experience with Jaspersoft for FSM reporting
- Integration experience with REST/OData APIs, Sync Services, and CPI/iFlows
- Understanding of secure coding standards such as OAuth2 and JWT
- Familiarity with HANA SQL, Git repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing
- Experience working in Agile environments
