We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Salesforce Developer to join our innovative team, where you will play a key role in developing and optimizing Apex-heavy Salesforce applications while collaborating with a dynamic team across Brazil and the US.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance existing Apex-heavy Salesforce applications
Support and improve Community (Experience Cloud) logic built with Aura Components
Assist in transitioning and implementing newer Salesforce technologies like LWC and Promotions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, Aura Components, and Salesforce Communities (Experience Cloud)
Experience with or a willingness to adopt LWC for modern web development
Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, development lifecycle, and DevOps processes
Strong collaboration and communication skills suited for a distributed team environment across multiple time zones
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a B2 level
