Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado or similar tools
- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies to ensure high-quality code
- Monitor and troubleshoot production environments to maintain system reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze client requirements
- Ensure code quality through peer reviews and adherence to best practices
- Document technical specifications and development processes
- Optimize Salesforce platform performance and scalability
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs
- Support deployment and release management activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development roles
- Strong experience with Salesforce platform development including UI and API
- Proven knowledge of Salesforce Primary Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
- Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Copado or willingness to be upskilled
- Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices
- Clear understanding of code quality standards and software development lifecycle
- Ability to monitor and manage production environments effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- English language proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level
Nice to have
- Experience with Einstein 1 Platform
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform integration techniques
