We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will leverage your expertise to drive innovation and enhance the functionality of our Salesforce deployments. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our Salesforce solutions are robust and align with our strategic business objectives, providing exceptional value to the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and customization of Salesforce applications
- Design and implement solutions within various Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, and Community
- Integrate third-party systems with Salesforce using secure authentication methods
- Optimize Salesforce applications for maximum efficiency and scalability
- Ensure data integrity and security across all Salesforce instances
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Salesforce environments
- Participate actively in Agile development cycles and team meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations
- Extensive experience with primary Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) and their applications
- Experience integrating registration forms with secure sign-in systems such as OKTA
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative work culture
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and their application in project management
- Fluent in English with communication skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and its specific functionalities
- Knowledge of advanced Salesforce automation tools
- Expertise in customizing Salesforce mobile applications for enhanced user engagement
