Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, workflows, and process maps
- Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend Salesforce-based improvements
- Document and map end-to-end business processes and workflows within Salesforce
- Assist in developing and executing test plans to validate system functionality and performance
- Ensure data integrity and solution compliance with business requirements
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and expectation alignment
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users on Salesforce functionalities
Requirements
- Experience in Salesforce Consulting with 3+ years in business analysis
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including Salesforce CPQ and Configuration
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and workflows
- Effective communication skills to liaise between technical and business teams
- Experience in developing and executing test plans
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and solution compliance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- English proficiency at B2+ level
