We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Copado to join our Release Management team.

In this role, you will be responsible for CI/CD automation and manual administration tasks within Salesforce. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that changes and releases are effectively managed, minimizing disruptions while maximizing the value of our Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities

Manage CI/CD automation processes using Copado
Assist developers in troubleshooting Copado-related issues
Perform manual Salesforce administration tasks pre- and post-deployment
Guide teams on deployment implementation plans and dependencies
Collaborate with the Release Management team to improve deployment efficiency
Train developers on automation best practices as processes evolve
Support the team in understanding and navigating the Copado tool

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration
Proven experience with CI/CD processes
Expertise in Copado for deployment management
Strong background in Salesforce configuration and fundamentals
Self-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have

Familiarity with MuleSoft
Understanding of DevOps practices
Experience in training and mentoring team members
Knowledge of deployment implementation documentation
Experience in managing dependencies across teams
