Senior Python Developer for a Retail company

Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Python Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities

Create reusable libraries to access data
Create reusable libraries to perform testing of strategies and to facilitate systematic trading

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Python Development
Proficient in Python, including data manipulation libraries like pandas
Experience in building API interfaces and reusable libraries
Experience in the testing pyramid (writing unit and integration tests)
Experience with DevOps including familiarity with CI-CD pipelines
Experience building data pipelines
Familiar with data storage options and ability to choose the right storage infrastructure and model for each use case (nice to have) Experience with big data ETL/ELT techniques like Spark
Experience building simple UIs and data visualizations
Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Good English and overall communication skills
Ability to work with little supervision
Experience training users and sharing best practices
