In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting, building, and optimizing our software solutions to achieve business goals and deliver an excellent user experience.
Responsibilities
- Craft and implement well-structured, testable, and efficient coding practices that comply with software development standards
- Architect and build scalable APIs using RESTful principles
- Integrate Data Science models and solutions with existing infrastructures
- Maintain open communication with frontend developers and data science teams to synchronize project objectives and requirements
- Conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards and compliance with the organization's guidelines
- Design and perform detailed unit and integration testing to ensure system integrity
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Python 3, Docker, and either Flask or FastAPI
- Competency in Kafka
- Familiarity with Git/Git Flow
- Understanding of RESTful API design principles and interaction techniques
- Skills in code profiling
- Background in Linux/Bash scripting
Nice to have
- Qualifications in Pandas and Mongo
- Background in Azure DevOps
- Understanding of Microservices/SOA and Onion/Clean/Hexagonal Architectures
- Flexibility to use TDD/BDD methodologies in development processes
