We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing high-performance and innovative software solutions.
In this position, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable applications in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Python development and is driven to deliver dependable and efficient products in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain web applications and database-driven systems with a focus on performance and reliability
- Develop and deploy RESTful APIs and work with JSON to facilitate seamless data integration across systems
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement strong application architectures
- Manage application deployment in production environments with an emphasis on scalability and reliability
- Enhance database performance and scalability, with a primary focus on PostgreSQL
- Utilize technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and GIT for containerization, orchestration, and version control
- Apply object-oriented programming principles to create clean and efficient code structures
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to ensure application stability and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Python Developer
- Proven track record of developing web applications and high-performance systems
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and JSON for seamless system integration
- Experience deploying applications in production environments with a focus on scalability and stability
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and GIT for development and deployment workflows
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles and application design
- Advanced knowledge of SQL with expertise in PostgreSQL
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience using Swagger/OpenAPI 3.0 for API documentation
- Familiarity with continuous integration, TDD, testing methodologies, and Agile practices
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks like React/Redux for front-end development
- Basic understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS
