Senior Python Developer
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Python Developer to join our cutting-edge technology team tasked with orchestrating language model-driven experiences through efficient client code suitable for high-volume production environments.
The ideal candidate will contribute to architecture discussions, leverage the latest language model services, and enhance the interaction with AI models through API.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate LLM-driven experiences that delight our customers
- Write Python API server code that efficiently handles requests
- Develop innovative LLM client code for high-volume production environments
- Utilize cutting-edge LLM models and services
- Empower prompt engineers and other SMEs by developing intuitive prompting frameworks
- Write SQL queries and occasionally design schema
- Participate in and contribute to architecture discussions across various teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering on an engineering/product team, startup experience preferred
- Proficiency in Python, HTTP API, and SQL
- Background in using large language models through code from OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Llama, or Mistral
- Experience with stages in the ML development lifecycle including data labeling, curation, cleaning, and model serving
- Showcases strong software engineering judgment and decision-making skills
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

- Expertise in model evaluation and LLM prompting
- Familiarity with schema design
- Competency in collaborative environments and independent project management
