Senior Python Developer
We're searching for a skilled Senior Python Developer to become part of our progressive technology team tasked with orchestrating language model-driven experiences using optimized client code for high-volume production settings.
The perfect candidate will engage in architecture debates, utilize the latest language model services, and enhance interactions with AI models via API.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate LLM-driven experiences that captivate our customers
- Compose Python API server code that efficiently manages requests
- Create innovative LLM client code for high-volume production settings
- Employ cutting-edge LLM models and services
- Equip prompt engineers and other SMEs by crafting intuitive prompting frameworks
- Formulate SQL queries and occasionally devise schema
- Partake in and enrich architecture discussions across diverse teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in software engineering within an engineering/product team, with preference for startup experience
- Proficiency in Python, HTTP API, and SQL
- Background in utilizing large language models through code from OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Llama, or Mistral
- Exposure to stages in the ML development cycle including data labeling, curation, cleaning, and model serving
- Demonstrates exemplary software engineering judgment and decision-making capabilities
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

- Expertise in evaluating models and prompting LLM
- Familiarity with designing schemas
- Competency in collaborative settings and solo project management
