Senior Python Developer
We are in search of an experienced Senior Python Developer to become part of our innovative technology team, responsible for developing language model-driven applications using efficient client code designed for high-volume production settings.
The ideal candidate will engage in architecture conversations, utilize the latest language model services, and improve interactions with AI models via API.
Responsibilities
- Create LLM-driven experiences that impress our customers
- Develop Python API server code for efficient request handling
- Innovate LLM client code suitable for high-volume production settings
- Implement advanced LLM models and services
- Support prompt engineers and other SMEs by creating user-friendly prompting frameworks
- Craft SQL queries and occasionally design schema
- Engage in and contribute toward architecture discussions across teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience on an engineering/product team, startup experience preferred
- Proficiency in Python, HTTP API, and SQL
- Background in utilizing large language models through code from OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Llama, or Mistral
- Experience with stages in the ML development lifecycle, including data labeling, curation, cleaning, and model serving
- Demonstrates strong software engineering judgment and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English communication at a B2+ level

- Qualifications in model evaluation and LLM prompting
- Understanding of schema design
