Senior Python Developer

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to become a part of our innovative technology team, which focuses on implementing language model-driven experiences with efficient client code for high-volume production settings.

The ideal candidate will take part in architectural discussions, adopt the most recent language model services, and improve the interaction with AI models via API.

Responsibilities
  • Lead LLM-driven experiences that impress our customers
  • Develop Python API server code that efficiently processes requests
  • Create innovative LLM client code for large-scale production settings
  • Employ state-of-the-art LLM models and services
  • Support prompt engineers and other SMEs by crafting intuitive prompting frameworks
  • Construct SQL queries and occasionally develop schema
  • Engage in and enhance architectural discussions among various teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering within an engineering/product team, startup experience is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Python, HTTP API, and SQL
  • Background in interfacing large language models through code from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Llama, or Mistral
  • Experience with phases of the ML development lifecycle including data labeling, curation, cleaning, and model serving
  • Demonstrates strong software engineering acumen and decision-making abilities
  • Fluent written and verbal English skills at a B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Expertise in model evaluation and LLM prompting
  • Well versed in schema design
  • Competent in teamwork and managing individual projects
