Senior Python Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our trailblazing technology team.

This role entails developing language model-driven experiences using optimal client code designed for high-volume production stages. The ideal candidate will engage in architectural discussions, utilize the latest language model services, and improve AI model interactions through API.

Responsibilities

Deliver LLM-driven experiences that satisfy our customers
Code Python API servers proficiently for handling requests
Create progressive LLM client code suited for high-volume production settings
Employ state-of-the-art LLM models and services
Enhance prompting frameworks for prompt engineers and other experts
Develop SQL queries and design schemas as needed
Engage in and add value to architectural discussions with multiple teams

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience on an engineering/product team, with a preference for startup exposure
Proficiency in Python, HTTP API, and SQL
Background in utilizing large language models through code from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Llama, or Mistral
Experience with phases of the ML development lifecycle, including data labeling, curation, cleaning, and model deployment
Demonstrates strong software engineering judgment and decision-making abilities
Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

Knowledge of model evaluation and LLM prompting
Understanding of schema design
Skills in collaborative settings and independent project management
