Senior Python Developer

We are actively seeking a seasoned Senior Python Developer to join our forward-thinking team. This pivotal role will contribute to a groundbreaking project aimed at infusing AI-based features into our client's products. The responsibilities will include modernizing our current microservices framework, developing new microservices, and crafting innovative APIs to bolster this initiative.

Responsibilities

Engineer and sustain Python-based microservices
Architect, develop, and manage REST APIs using FastAPI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to weave new services into the pre-existing infrastructure
Participate in enhancing Amazon SageMaker endpoints and optimizing Opensearch performance

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years in Python development
Advanced skills in deploying and managing applications on Amazon Web Services
Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in REST API design and implementation
Proficiency in Agile methodologies
Fluent English communication skills, with a proficiency level of B2 or higher

Nice to have

Practical experience with Elasticsearch for advanced search and analytics capabilities
Experience in utilizing FastAPI for API development
Knowledge of OpenSearch for implementing search and analytics solutions
Skills in using Pydantic for effective data validation and settings management
Capability in Java programming as an additional skill
Experience with Celery for managing asynchronous task queues and job scheduling
