Senior Python Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to enhance our dynamic technology team, focused on creating language model-driven experiences through efficient client code designed for high-volume production settings.

The perfect candidate will engage in architecture discussions, utilize the latest language model services, and improve AI model interactions through API.

Responsibilities
  • Design LLM-driven experiences that captivate our customers
  • Develop Python API server code that effectively manages requests
  • Create innovative LLM client code for high-volume production settings
  • Implement state-of-the-art LLM models and services
  • Aid prompt engineers and other SMEs by developing easy-to-use prompting frameworks
  • Craft SQL queries and occasionally design schema
  • Engage in and contribute to architecture discussions across different teams
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in software engineering within an engineering/product team; startup experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Python, HTTP API, and SQL
  • Background in utilization of large language models through OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Llama, or Mistral code
  • Experience with the ML development lifecycle stages including data labeling, curation, cleaning, and model serving
  • Demonstrates strong software engineering judgment and decision-making skills
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Expertise in evaluating models and prompting LLM
  • Familiarity with the design of schema
  • Competency in working collaboratively and managing independent projects
