We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Platform Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining robust platform solutions to support scalable and efficient operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage modern tools and technologies to drive innovation and ensure reliable platform performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement platform solutions that meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code to streamline deployment processes
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate platform services into application workflows
- Ensure platform security by implementing best practices across all systems and processes
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and minimal downtime
- Automate repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of platform engineering practices and methodologies
- Work closely with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in platform engineering
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and their implementation
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Expertise in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
- Proficiency in container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with additional tools and frameworks used in platform engineering
- Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments with evolving technical needs
