We are seeking a Senior Performance Tester to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in evaluating and enhancing the performance, scalability, and reliability of our systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and ensure optimal system functionality, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and execute performance testing strategies to evaluate system scalability and reliability
Develop and maintain performance test scripts and frameworks to support testing initiatives
Analyze system performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to optimize system performance and resolve bottlenecks
Simulate and analyze user load scenarios to validate system behavior under stress
Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders
Contribute to the creation of performance benchmarks and standards for the organization
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance testing

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in scalability and performance testing
Expertise in load generation and analysis using tools such as Artillery
Experience in performance testing for cloud-based microservices
Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and ELK
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their integration with performance testing workflows
Strong skills in automation for testing, data collection, and reporting processes
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
Familiarity with programming languages like Go, Scala, or TypeScript
Experience working in the eCommerce domain
Understanding of other performance testing tools such as JMeter or Blazemeter
Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
