We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our remote team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions for our clients. Our client is a leading provider of innovative software solutions, focused on helping businesses optimize their operations and improve their bottom line. As a Senior .NET Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality software applications, utilizing your extensive experience in software architecture and SDLC methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions, following best practices in software architecture and SDLC methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop new features and enhancements for existing applications, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and maintainable
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring the quality and consistency of the codebase
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Design and implement data models using Entity Framework, ensuring they are efficient and optimized for performance
- Develop and maintain unit tests, ensuring that software solutions are of high quality and free from defects
- Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and highly available
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a software developer, with a focus on .NET technologies
- Experience with ReactJS, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure, including deployment and management of cloud-based applications
- Strong understanding of software architecture and SDLC methodologies
- Experience with Entity Framework, designing and implementing complex data models
- Proven proficiency in unit testing, ensuring high-quality and robust software solutions
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript and CSS
