We are searching for a Senior .NET Developer to become a vital part of our remote team.
Your primary role as a Senior .NET Developer will involve designing, developing, and maintaining software applications of high performance that satisfy customer needs. Your tasks will involve working on a project encompassing the construction of a scalable microservices-based architecture utilizing .NET and deploying it via cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. The project demands a concrete understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, Entity Framework, C#, and Microservice Architecture Pattern. You will collaborate with a team of expert developers engaged in creating robust and scalable software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Quality software applications that meet customer requirements should be designed and developed
- High-quality software solutions delivered through collaboration with developers, architects, and project managers in cross-functional teams
- Involvement in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including the gathering of requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Enforcement of software quality through the implementation of best practices and standards
- Contribution towards code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers
- Enhancement of software development processes and methodologies through continuous improvement
- Mentorship and training provision for junior developers for their career advancement
Requirements
- A minimum of a 3-year .NET development experience, focusing on web application development
- Proven experience in design and implementation of REST and SOAP APIs, and Entity Framework
- Understanding of Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms
- Proficiency in C# and LINQ
- Experience in the implementation of the Microservice Architecture Pattern
- Proficiency in Docker and containerization
- Experience in the Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with effective remote team environment capabilities
- English proficiency of an upper-intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience in DevOps practices, covering continuous integration and deployment
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and unit testing
