Senior MS Dynamics Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled remote Senior MS Dynamics Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team, contributing to the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions for our clients.
In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, design and develop customized solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and ensure the successful implementation of the solutions. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design customized solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Develop and configure custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using .NET development
- Design and develop customized solutions for field service management using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Develop custom applications and automate business processes using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
- Ensure the successful implementation of the solutions and provide support for post-implementation issues
- Lead development teams and provide guidance and support to junior developers
- Review and ensure the quality control of development deliverables to meet the highest standards
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
- Strong proficiency in .NET development
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, enabling you to design and develop customized solutions for field service management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, showcasing your ability to develop custom applications and automate business processes
- Experience in leading development teams, providing guidance and support to junior developers
- Excellent communication skills and strong critical thinking capabilities to effectively convey feedback and insights
- Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset, crucial for meticulous development efforts
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher (B2+)
Nice to have
- Experience in developing solutions using other Microsoft technologies, such as SharePoint or Azure
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or related technologies
