Responsibilities
- Plan, deploy, and manage Microsoft Teams services including meetings, telephony, and AV in meeting rooms
- Enable and support AI-powered productivity through Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 apps and services
- Support and manage Miro and Google Workspace environments including user provisioning, policy enforcement, and integrations
- Provide escalation-level support for complex issues across collaboration platforms
- Design and implement automation workflows using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automate
- Deploy and operate voice and video solutions in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Ensure security and compliance for all modern workplace services including configuration of AudioCodes SBC and DLP policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and evolve digital workplace solutions
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the modern workplace ecosystem
Requirements
- Senior-level experience with Modern Workplace platforms and unified communications technologies (3+ years)
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and SharePoint
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Miro, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Good understanding of telephony, voice, and video technologies including PSTN and SBC integrations
- Proficiency in data networking, cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Familiarity with identity and access management solutions such as Entra ID
- Experience with AI-driven productivity tools and governance
- Knowledge of automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Strong understanding of compliance, data governance, and security best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex issues
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Power Automate for workflow automation
- Knowledge of online video platforms and SBC/VoIP systems
- Familiarity with AI agents design and integration
- Background in networks basics
