We are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to enhance and vitalize our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will take the helm of projects from their genesis to their successful implementation in operational environments. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in advancing and transforming our CRM functionalities, applying deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 to influence both strategic decisions and operational practices.

Responsibilities
  • Guide the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Improve CRM systems by incorporating plugins, workflows, and comprehensive application integrations
  • Enforce stringent coding standards and practices within the development team
  • Collaborate intimately with project stakeholders to comprehend and fulfill business requirements
  • Tackle and rectify issues that affect the Dynamics CRM system’s performance
  • Manage the systematic deployment of CRM solutions
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, aiding in their career advancement
  • Stay informed of the latest developments and trends in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
  • Proficient in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration, including Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate
  • Profound expertise in .NET C# programming and thorough knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experienced in managing code through Solutions, Azure DevOps, or Git
  • Capable of integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using Web APIs
  • Superior analytical, design, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, with a proficiency level of B2 or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience with developing Canvas Apps and Custom Pages
  • Proficiency in PCF Controls to improve user interfaces
  • Familiarity with Azure functions to augment CRM functionalities
