We are on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to enhance our forward-thinking team. In this critical role, you will guide our projects from their inception to their successful deployment in production. The successful candidate will be instrumental in revolutionizing and advancing our CRM functionalities, leveraging extensive Dynamics 365 expertise to influence both strategic planning and practical implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the development and deployment of solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Engineer and tailor CRM systems, incorporating plugins, workflows, and seamless application integrations
  • Uphold superior coding standards and practices across the development team
  • Work in tandem with project stakeholders to capture and execute business requirements
  • Tackle and troubleshoot technical issues impacting the Dynamics CRM system’s performance
  • Supervise the rollout of CRM solutions across various development stages
  • Coach and lead junior developers, offering guidance and fostering skill development
  • Remain abreast of the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM updates and capabilities
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Expertise in customizations and configurations of Dynamics 365, including Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate
  • Robust experience with .NET C# programming and a basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server
  • Proficient in managing code via Solutions, Azure DevOps, or Git
  • Capable of integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems through Web APIs
  • Exceptional analytical, design, and communication abilities
  • Fluent English communication skills, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
Nice to have
  • Experience with the development of Canvas Apps and Custom Pages
  • Knowledge in PCF Controls for improving user interfaces
  • Experience with Azure functions to broaden CRM functionality
