We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our remote team, responsible for the development and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

In this role, you will work closely with our team of developers to create custom solutions to support our business operations, utilizing your expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate. If you are passionate about building innovative solutions and have a proven track record in Dynamics 365 CRM development, we invite you to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, utilizing Dynamics 365 Field Service, Power Apps, and other technologies
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Lead Dynamics 365 CRM projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM using C# and .NET development
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through continuous integration and testing practices
  • Collaborate with other developers to ensure code consistency and best practices
  • Provide support for Dynamics 365 CRM technical issues and incidents
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM developments and technologies
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service, Power Apps, and Power Pages for building custom solutions
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM projects, demonstrating the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development for customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience in Azure DevOps for managing project code and deployments
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and with external consultants
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an C2 level
Nice to have
  • Experience in Power Automate for building custom workflows and automations
