We are seeking a passionate Senior Manual Tester to join our team.

You will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional gaming experience for players. You will work within a dedicated performance playtesting team focused on AAA game platforms. If you are enthusiastic about gaming and testing, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Understand current and future changes to testing schedules and coverage requirements
Supervise daily task assignments for testers to prioritize critical testing tasks
Track and report on team activities including attendance and challenges
Review and assess testers' effectiveness for the project
Participate in staffing activities for the testing team
Troubleshoot and escalate defects and situations impacting daily assignments
Coordinate testing activities for a team of 5-20 testers in an established project or organize testing from scratch

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of software testing experience
Willingness to join planned weekend overtime shifts once per quarter
Expert understanding of project documentation
Capability to provide quality functional requirements and conduct specification reviews
Experience in planning testing activities, executing, and reporting results
Advanced skills in installing and running builds on consoles and mobile devices
Experience in knowledge transfers, onboarding, and upskilling team members
Expert knowledge of software quality control processes and software development life cycle
Proven experience in evaluating theoretical knowledge and practical skills of candidates
Gamer with experience in multiple titles and genres
B2 level proficiency in English
Ability to work from the office starting between 9 and 9:30 AM
