We are in search of a Senior Mainframe Natural Developer to join our team focused on building solid software solutions. The role requires designing, developing, and supporting applications built with Natural programming language and managing Adabas databases to align with client business needs. Responsibilities
- Develop and design applications using Natural programming language
- Support and upgrade existing software to match business goals
- Administer and optimize Adabas databases including design and performance tuning
- Engage with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical plans
- Perform unit and integration testing to verify software quality
- Identify and solve software issues and optimize performance
- Create documentation for technical design and development processes
Requirements
- Proven experience of 3+ years in Mainframe development
- Strong expertise in Natural and Mainframe programming languages
- Deep knowledge of Adabas database management and performance tuning
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions
- Solid skills in software testing and debugging
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 or higher)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
