We are looking for a Senior Mainframe Natural Developer to join our team dedicated to creating reliable software solutions. You will handle the design, development, and upkeep of applications using the Natural programming language and oversee the Adabas database to meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities
- Develop and design software solutions using Natural programming language
- Enhance and maintain current applications to meet evolving business demands
- Administer and improve Adabas database including data access and performance enhancement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret business requirements into technical plans
- Create and perform unit and integration testing to guarantee software reliability
- Identify and fix software bugs and performance bottlenecks
- Prepare documentation for technical designs and development activities to facilitate maintenance and knowledge transfer
Requirements
- Proven track record with at least 3 years in Mainframe application development
- Strong proficiency in Natural programming language and Mainframe programming languages
- Comprehensive expertise in Adabas database administration and optimization
- Experience working with diverse teams to convert business needs into technical solutions
- Competent in software testing and debugging methods
- Advanced English communication skills (C1 or above)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
