We are seeking a Senior Mainframe Natural Developer to join our team focused on delivering robust software solutions.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Natural programming language and managing the Adabas database to support our clients' business objectives. Responsibilities
- Design and develop software applications using Natural programming language
- Maintain and enhance existing programs to align with business requirements
- Manage and optimize Adabas database including design, data retrieval, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and create technical specifications
- Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues
- Document technical designs and development processes to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Proven experience of 3+ years in Mainframe application development
- Strong expertise in Natural programming language and Mainframe programming languages
- Extensive knowledge of Adabas database management and performance optimization
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Solid skills in software testing and debugging techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively in English at an advanced level (C1 or higher)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
