Responsibilities
- Develop scalable ML models and algorithms aligned with business goals
- Construct and manage resilient data pipelines essential for model lifecycle
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance ML solution effectiveness
- Implement and oversee CI/CD processes for machine learning workflows
- Evaluate and improve model accuracy and operational performance
- Analyze complex datasets to support model development and insights
- Remain current with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area
- 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Python programming for ML model and pipeline development
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automation for machine learning deployment
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services applicable to machine learning and data processing
- Fluent English communication skills at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics
- Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tooling for ML system governance
